NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

By signing this application, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of Number Five Club — including the identities of other members, activities that take place at our venues, and any information you witness or encounter in connection with the club.

You agree not to photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture any images or video at any Number Five venue or event, and not to share, publish, or disclose any such content if accidentally obtained.

You agree not to disclose, share, or discuss the identities of fellow members, what you observe at events, venue locations, or any operational details of the club with any third party — including on social media, in conversation, or by any other means — without the express written consent of club management.

You understand that Number Five operates as a private, adults-only members' club with a strict privacy-first policy. The privacy and safety of all members depends on mutual discretion.

You acknowledge that any violation of this confidentiality agreement will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your membership with no refund, and may result in legal action to recover damages suffered by the club, its members, or its operators.

This agreement is binding from the date of signature for a period of five (5) years following the end of your membership with Number Five Club.
