NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

By signing this application, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding Number Five members, events, operations, personnel, and any information encountered during your employment or the application process.

You understand that Number Five operates as a private adult social club and that all member information, event details, operational procedures, financial information, and any other proprietary or sensitive information you may encounter are strictly confidential.

You agree not to disclose, share, publish, or discuss any such information with any third party — including but not limited to: social media posts, conversations with friends or family, interviews, or any other means of communication — without the express written consent of management.

Breach of this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate termination of employment and legal action to recover damages suffered by the club, its members, or its operators.

NUDITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: You confirm that you have answered honestly regarding your comfort level in an adult entertainment environment. You understand that nudity is present at our venue and that this is a condition of employment at Number Five.

This agreement is binding from the date of signature and continues for a period of five (5) years following the end of any employment with Number Five.
