Member fills in their details — name, phone, national ID, date of birth, and preferred venue. Takes about 2 minutes.

They're instantly active — their digital wallet card is generated immediately upon submission. No approval needed. You can view and flag self-registered members in Registration Approvals (look for the 📲 Existing Member tag).
Note: This QR code always points to numberfiveclub.com so printed cards work anywhere, even from different devices or networks. Members are instantly activated upon submission — they receive their digital wallet card immediately. If you suspect fraudulent registration, you can suspend a member from the Registrations admin panel.
